What is the module for?

Use this module to add attachments to automatically sent emails. This enables you, for example, to send Terms and Conditions to your customer when you confirm your order. Attachments are bound to individual email templates, and the templates are then sent according to the order status. We also distinguish the language of the customer, so it is possible to send an attachment, for example, only to English-speaking customers or to upload attachments in multiple languages and to send the customer an attachment only in his / her own language.

How does the Email Attachments module help you?

The module integrates the most important features that you need to send attachments:

• any number of attachments to any email
• attachments bound to email templates (templates are bound to order statuses)
• attachments can distinguish the customer's language
• you can add more attachments to one email (template)
• you can resubmit an invoice, a delivery note
• support formats: pdf, csv, txt, xls, xlsx, doc, docx, jpg, jpeg, png (others are willing to add on request)

Module options

• select the module template that the appendix attaches to
• select the language for which the attachment is sent
• own attachment naming (multiple attachments with the same name may be available)
• possibility to add invoice, delivery note
• edit individual attachments
• deleting and bulk deleting attachments
